remove a metastasis of the breast cancer. The sign tells patients not to eat
or drink before the surgery, but has a double meaning that also translates

In the part of her image archive covering years 2016 and 2017, Daniela did not make a
selection of photos, but she had selected some folders that she apparently wanted to include.
This image is from one of those folders.
"Alive" is the last, incomplete work by Daniela Swarowsky who died of breast cancer
in the morning of 1 June 2019.
